Attention !!! Existing Custom maps should only be used as a basis for a fine-tuning. All custom maps should be tested and adjusted on a Dynomometer, all engines are different, and all tunes will need adjustment to your Engine!

The idle was sets to 1100, radiator fan activates at 95C.
The added fuel, was over 5 generations of updates added.
In the 2500 - 4000 RPM range, the flat spot is completely eliminated.
It's a vast improvement over 10089 which in itself was vastly better than the stock 10088.
No fuel was cut so the bike will not be subject to a dangerous lean condition.

This tune is based upon Triumph's 10089.hex file for early VIN Triumph TT600 with aftermarket exhaust.
Triumph's 10089 was steadily revised through 8 generations to create 10089h.hex. Idle is set to 1100.
Fan temp is 95C. Fuel values primarily in the 1916 - 4064 RPM range were carefully incremented and smoothed
over 8 generations with plenty of road testing between each generation.
Throttle response on my 2000 TT600 with Skorpion exhaust is now very good in the former flat range of 3 - 4000 RPM.
I can short shift at 3000 - 3500 with good steady pull. I can leave the bike in 6th gear around town and accelerate
smoothly from 22 MPH.From a stop I can twist the throttle 25% for a smooth takeoff and roll into hard acceleration
above 5000 RPM with no flat spot. Mileage on a long hard back roads run this weekend was right at 40 miles per gallon which is the highest value I've yet recorded.

Comments: Results come from a stratification of four enhanced maps. Tested for 10+ hours on the road.
It behaves very well. Very good torque on all RPMs. Very good throttle response. Increased A/F ratios for
smoothness and power. ( Dinojet ) Decreased A/F ratios for economy at peak torques. ( Suzuki ) Increased
a little timings table, for good lower end. (My own) Leveled map peaks, reduced fuel consumption at every
throttle opening. Smoothed transients from different ranges. Neutral idle carefully tested and trimmed.
Co2 balanced. Idle Delta corrected to crossover warm engine fluctuations. No more popping, pulls like a TRAIN
at every RPM. Revving cut @ 10800 for safety. Economy Run target not reached yet... ;-) ECU identification.

Result: eliminated hole from 4000-6000 rpm, approx 4HP gain across rev range, huge increase in low to mid range torque at all real world throttle %. Bike smoother to ride on road, pulls like a train. Overall, massive improvement,

on a DynoJet 250 dyno using the TuningLink connected to the TuneEdit program. PCIII (fuel) trim
created on bike with K&N filter and Triumph aftermarket pipe. Makes a huge difference all over the rev-range.
Note that this tune is just Dave Sillence's 9890 based fueltrim applied to the 10078 base tune. 9890 and 10078 are identical except for some minute differences in the x and y axis of the different maps. The end result is the same ;-) Thanks Scott

A stock R3T or one with a slip-on exhaust tends to make ~86 hp on my dyno (~ 13% lower than a Dynojet), and 130-131 ft-lb of torque. Simply re-calibrating the ECU (mapping) tends to result in 115-117 hp, and 140-142 ft-lb of torque. A very nice improvement.
Attached is a "tune" for stock and slip-on exhaust R3T models, as well as a graph of output differences. Dashed lines are torque. Red is an R3T with TORS and stock air filter. Yellow is after tuning. This resulted in 43+ mpg cruising at 70 mph on 87 octane fuel. Speedo corrected for stock tire. Speed limiter raised. Ignition timing improved in lower gears. ENJOY! Thanks Power-Tripp
